CANTERBURY BRANCH: Unlock Your Strengths: Power Your Performance
- Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
- Region: Canterbury
- Venue: Duncan Cotterill
Lifting engagement through strengths-based development
Contrary to professional development methods that focus on ‘what’s wrong with people’, understanding and investing in our own strengths, and the strengths of our people, is the most direct path to greater job satisfaction, team performance and organisational excellence. In fact, people who get to use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs.Join us for an interactive evening session where we’ll explore the concept of ‘strengths’. What are they? How do we tap into them? And… hang on, what about weaknesses?
After several weeks of virtual sessions, we’re pleased to be able to offer this face-to-face session thanks to Hatch Talent and our event sponsor, Duncan Cotterill.
5.15pm - 5.30pm Networking with the presentation beginning at 5.30pm
