CANTERBURY:HR Career Pathways:Kate Daly, Grigor McDonald and Craig Atkinson
- Duration: 2 hours
- Region: Canterbury
- Venue: Duncan Cotterill
The Canterbury Branch is very excited to provide HR Career Pathways 2020
This event has typically been very successful and this year is no different. We have a fantastic panel with Kate Daly (Director – People and Communications BNZ), Grigor McDonald (Principal – The Change Office) and Craig Atkinson (Principal Consultant – EQ Consultants). Altogether, they bring a variety of insights into the changing HR landscape.
Everyone’s journey is different and not as straightforward as it first seems. With Kate, Grigor and Craig they will explain their specific pathway and outline how it can be unconventional. All three will bring a contrasting perspective on the following points:
• A brief demographic (education, early jobs etc).
• Motivations around HR work.
• Key career decision points.
• Observations, advice about seeking career advancement to a senior HR role.
This event appeals to a vast audience and really offers great benefits to aspiring HR professionals who are unsure how to kickstart their career.
The branch would love to see you all in person and really connect with our members again.
