John McGill – CEO

With over 30 years’ experience as an experienced consultant in all aspects of remuneration and its application, John leads the Strategic Pay team. Specialising in areas of senior executive and board remuneration he works across both New Zealand and the South Pacific regions. His consulting expertise includes specialised job evaluation, performance management, incentive pay design, organisation analysis, and all aspects of pay.

Prior to joining Strategic Pay John was the Remuneration Consulting Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers and, (when it was sold to) IBM. He transferred with his team across to Strategic Pay in 2004. In March 2010, after three years as Chairman of the company he was appointed Chief Executive.

Natasha Stone – Market Information Manager

Natasha first joined the Market Information team in 2011 and was responsible for a wide survey portfolio across the public and private sectors. In 2014 she was promoted to Senior Market Information Analyst.

In 2017, Natasha left Strategic Pay and joined Housing New Zealand as a Senior Planning Analyst. There she was responsible for providing analysis for multiple planned programmes within the maintenance and upgrades department. She was also involved in the co-ordination and planning of the annual budget within her department.

In June 2018, she returned to Strategic Pay as the Market Information Manager bringing her strong background in Remuneration and analysis to lead the team to provide high level insights and data solutions to support both clients and our team of Consultants.

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
