This half-day course will be delivered online via Zoom. It is limited to 25 registrations to ensure you get the most out of this session.

The pandemic experience reignited our workplace discussions and shifted expectations about flexible work. Leaders are looking to HR for the latest thinking and practice to make flexible work a success. This virtual workshop will provide you with practical tools, frameworks and a network of practitioners to lead that work inside your organisation with confidence.

Facilitated by Gillian Brookes

Gillian is a flexible work consultant. She has held several senior HR and OD leadership roles in both the UK and NZ prior to becoming self-employed. Back in 2016 she founded My Kids Village, a social enterprise, to help working parents throughout New Zealand find local childcare. Having lived the reality of juggling a demanding day-job with home-life, she quickly learnt the importance of quality childcare alongside a trusting and flexible employer. Also, as an HR leader, she recognised the strategic business benefits of offering flexibility to the workforce. Gillian now uses her professional expertise to build flexible workplaces for everyone, because we all have that juggle and it makes good business sense, when it's done well.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the course.
