Join the Wellington Branch for a series of 3 workshops on how to get Chartered.
HRNZ are pleased to be running a workshop series on the HRNZ Chartered Membership Programme. The chartering process is aimed at experienced HR professionals in senior roles or those wanting to demonstrate their capability to progress into a more advanced role. Through the programme you will gain the recognition you deserve for your competency and professionalism.
The facilitated workshops will run over three sessions where you will be guided through the application process and receive feedback on your preparation. You will also have the opportunity to work through the process with other like-minded HR Professionals.
By registering to this event series you will be registering for all workshops as detailed below. Here is what will be covered:
Introduction Chartered Membership – Wednesday 21 October 4pm – 5pm
- What is chartered membership?
- How to apply and the assessment process
- The competency framework
In between workshops participants will start working on their application to bring along to the next workshop.
Application Process – Wednesday 4 November 4pm – 5pm
Practical workshop on completing your application. Bring your completed application form and receive initial feedback.
Evidence Gathering – Wednesday 18 November 4pm – 5pm
- Demonstrating your competencies and preparing for your interview
- Verifying your experience through referees
- How to maintain your Chartered Membership through continuing professional development
