This is part 2 in a 10 part series. Each session builds on the last one, attending them all increases your resources for managing stress – and if you can make just one then this is good for you too! Registrants will also receive temporary access to the recording if you cannot make the live session, or want to revisit any of it.
We are also offering the option to access Part 1 at a reduced rate if you want to catch up before the live webinar.
During this fun and interactive session we will explore some of the key contributors to wellbeing and the influence they have on each other. We know that people experience circumstances in different ways, for some generating high stress levels and others low levels. This webinar will explore resilience strategies to put in your toolkit to provide a smorgasbord for a range of emotions and a range of situations.
- Gain an appreciation for the contributing factors to wellbeing and how they interact
- Generate a range of strategies to build your resilience against stress
- Assess the impact of those strategies for a range of situations and emotions
- Create action plans to build resilience against burnout (please note this ideally precedes the strategies sessions)
