All employers are expected to undertake fair and robust employment investigations. The requirements are onerous, the process complex, and the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court are thorough in scrutinising the employer’s process. For an average employer, getting it right can be difficult.

Blair has over 20 years' experience advising both public and private sector clients on employment matters.
