This is part 3 in a 10 part series. Each session builds on the last one, attending them all increases your resources for managing stress – and if you can make just one then this is good for you too! Registrants will also receive temporary access to the recording if you cannot make the live session, or want to revisit any of it.

A unique program that links the practice of mindfulness with the philosophy of a life embedded in mindfulness. It’s popularly known that mindfulness practice can improve individual health, resilience, effectiveness and wellbeing. This workshop will take you further. We will explain what mindfulness practice is and isn’t, gives simple suggestions for how to incorporate mindfulness practice into your day, and learn about the concept mindful as opposed to mindless working that will increase creativity, agility and resilience. In this workshop participants will:

  • Identify what Mindfulness Practice is and the difference between mindfulness practice and just zoning our or relaxation
  • Experience brief mindfulness practices to do anywhere anytime
  • Understand ways to improving resilience, effectiveness and success by living a mindful life
  • The power of our mind to influence our agility, happiness and results. Living a mindful life as opposed to a mindless life.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
