This is part 5 in a 10 part series. Each session builds on the last one, attending them all increases your resources for managing stress – and if you can make just one then this is good for you too! Registrants will also receive temporary access to the recording if you cannot make the live session, or want to revisit any of it.
Having a range of strategies available to us when we are experiencing stress is valuable for building resilience. This session will continue to build on what we have learnt about Mindfulness and the Body based strategies by providing some brain based strategies. The range of strategies explored in this session will be practical, fun and instantly applicable.
