Jo Cribb is a consultant who has a track record of developing and executing strategy, influencing decision makers and finding solutions to complex policy and organisational challenges. She is an experienced Chief Executive, board director, strategist, gender and policy expert.
Jo’s interest in the future of work and her subsequent research resulted in her co-authoring the book Don't Worry About the Robots: How to Survive and Thrive in the New World of Work. Jo is also the co-author of the upcoming book Take Your Space: Successful Women Share their Secrets that documents practical tips and strategies for getting ahead from 14 diverse, successful women (available from October).

During the COVID-19 lockdown period leaders have been challenged by the loss of physical contact with their team at the same time as they’ve gained a greater glimpse into the personal lives of their people.
