Kate Bacchus, Founder & HR Consultant, hrbutter
Kate is an accomplished HR practitioner, with over 20 + years’ experience in generalist Human Resources. She has worked in multi-nationals, private businesses, listed companies and across a broad range of industries in NZ, Australia and the UK.
Kate worked as GM People with an ANZ portfolio in Transport & Logistics, before starting her own HR consultancy, hr butter. She is focused on making HR simpler for SMEs to create awesome workplaces and helping people unlock their own potential.
She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, majoring in HR; and has been a Chartered member of HRNZ since 2010. She is also a member of ICF and NZISM. Kate is a curious ‘thinker and doer’ applying concepts in a practical, no fuss way.
