Mark is a Director in the Reward practice of People Advisory Services for EY, based in Auckland. Mark has more than fifteen years’ experience in global reward management in both the consulting and corporate environments.
He has extensive reward, project and HR systems experience working across the European, North / Latin American and Asia-Pacific markets whilst based in the UK and New Zealand.
Mark has delivered a wide variety of projects in short/long-term incentive design, executive remuneration benchmarking, non-executive directors’ fees review, regulatory change, remuneration framework design, international market data management, remuneration review processes and pay equity reviews.
