- Perfect for a solo operator or couple looking to build a team of at least 6-8 consultants
- Ideal for someone looking to grow within an established market brand

Co-owners Mary Buckley and Marie Webber have 50 years of combined experience in business improvement, organisational development, and strategic HR at a global, senior executive level.
After decades of working with high profile clientele, specialising in workplace psychology and effective leadership, the two joined forces, creating Culture by Design. They saw an opportunity to respond directly to the gap in the culture development and organisational development market for specialised cultural improvement initiatives in the workplace.
Mary and Marie both share an extensive background and passion for delivering effective solutions that strengthen workplaces, increase collaboration and productivity, and improve the efficacy and psychology of all workers, including executives. In addition to founding Culture by Design, the formidable duo also designed, developed and own the exclusive rights to Acentia – a one of a kind Culture Excellence Framework program with all the tools, knowledge and templates required to deliver bespoke workplace cultural solutions to an array of diverse organisations.
