What will you do?

As an HR Advisor to our New Zealand Operations teams, you will report to the HR Manager - Operations and provide business partnering advice to empower our leaders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with our Operations teams and providing effective HR support across a range of areas
  • Providing advice on employment relations matters across multiple sites
  • Leading and supporting with a variety of people focused projects to deliver exciting new initiatives to support and enhance our culture
  • Working closely with other People and Safety team members to ensure coordinated and effective support is provided to our leaders
  • Proactively keeping up to date with employment related legislation and regulations
