If you’re an energetic HR Advisor who is ready to start an exciting new journey in the new year, we’ve got a fantastic HR role based at our site in New Plymouth. This role will work closely with and support our HR Manager, so your experience in providing professional guidance to managers and employees across a range of HR services will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Recruitment and selection

· Employee Relations

· HR Metrics Reporting

· Training Administration

Our ideal candidate:

· Tertiary qualified

· At least 2 years HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing environment ideal)

· Understands confidentiality

· Strong personal drive to make a difference

· Superb oral and written skills.

· Technically strong in the MS Office Suite.

· Deadline-driven.
