HR Coordinator - Port Taranaki Ltd

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and driven HR Coordinator to join our HR Team.  We’re a small team who delivers a wide range of services and support to the business - plenty of experience and exposure opportunities for you to grow and develop your HR career!

In this busy and rewarding role, you will:

  • Co-ordinate and provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle; recruitment, on-boarding, engaging, retaining and off-boarding
  • Prepare employment contracts, extensions, variations, and other HR documents
  • Assist with the implementation and review of best practice HR processes, systems, and policies
  • Prepare regular business reporting and analysis
  • Participate in HR continuous improvement projects

We like to set people up for success, so you'll also need:

  • To demonstrate a high level of professionalism with exceptional confidentiality
  • Hold a HR qualification or be working towards one
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced busy environment
  • Be a strong communicator both verbal and written
  • Have exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and ensure deadlines are met
  • Be confident in the Microsoft 365 suite, and other technology platforms
