You'll be involved in the following:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes
  • Lead our induction and onboarding process
  • Providing advice to managers and on employment agreements and policies
  • Organising our health and safety
  • Supporting the General Manager People and Capability - Kaiwhakahaere Pūmanawa Tangata
  • HR reporting and analytics
  • Developing and maintaining effective HR processes and systems

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • A tertiary degree in HR is preferable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Some understanding of te reo Māori and tikanga is desirable
  • Lots of initiative and likes to get things done
