Due to growth in the business and strategic direction of the leadership team in ensuring best efforts are placed with professionals in areas of expertise, the decision has been made to include an HR function in New Zealand.  A generalist HR professional with experience covering ER, change management, people and culture, recruitment and learning and development – this opportunity has it all.  This role does not have any direct reports and will require both hands-on support as well as high level strategic input when required.  The role covering part time hours is reflective of what the business needs; covering 3 full days per week or 5 shorter days.  This role would suit a well-grounded HR professional with the experience and knowhow to add value who is looking for their own balance work/life commitments.  Make your mark here.
