People Capability Manager - Maynard Marks
Maynard Marks’ purpose is “to create built environments where people and communities thrive”.
We are a leading property and construction consultancy providing professional services including building surveying, environmental surveying, quantity surveying, project management, engineering and architecture to local government departments/ministries, the education sector, insurers, industry bodies, commercial and residential property owners, property managers, infrastructure developers and contractors.
We are looking for an experienced People Capability Manager who wants to make a difference for this newly created management position within Human Resources, where you will be providing leadership, coaching and advice to our Management Team and Directors on all things to do with people.
You will have the opportunity to support and guide a small team of Human Resource and Health and Safety professionals, and you will be well supported by the Directors, who are passionate about our people, their wellbeing and success.
The purpose of this role is to ensure Maynard Marks’ people, culture and performance strategies are articulated, delivered, tracked, analysed, improved and forecast accurately, aligned to and in support of the strategic plan. You will also ensure that attraction, development, engagement, retention and reward frameworks and processes result in securing outstanding talent for Maynard Marks.
The key accountabilities include the following:
- People strategy development & implementation
- Organisation design and development
- Workforce planning
- Talent management, learning & development and performance management
- Remuneration management
- Health, safety & wellbeing and risk management
- People operations & insights
- Provision of people leader coaching & best practice HR advice
