About the opportunity

Join the People & Culture team that puts Employee Experience front and centre of every business process, moves fast, brings an agile approach to human resources and nurtures the culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

You will be joining a high-performing P&C team who are passionate about what they do and are good at it. Working with a diverse team of highly experienced and dedicated professionals, you will help us create an environment of success for our people, who are key to the success of our organisation. You will be a true ambassador for Sysdoc leading by example to support our innovation-driven, inspiring, and caring culture. 

About you

You are a creative and versatile P&C generalist with experience in delivering end-to-end processes that create a meaningful human experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management. 

You are a passionate P&C advocate with great listening skills and the ability to respond to employee needs to ensure engagement in the business. You have a strong commitment to collaboration with the key stakeholders to help us deliver superior business outcomes.

You have strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to gain credibility, work effectively with others, and possess analytical skills to support daily operations and reporting. 

You are a keen learner with a creative spirit that dreams big and makes things happen.
