An experienced and strategic HR Lead, with a natural curiosity to understand the 'why,' you'll bring new ideas, significant HR experience and a calm and pragmatic approach to any situation big or small. You'll be someone who likes to have fun, have a great sense of humour and build relationships easily and quickly.

You'll be working in our tourism business which operates in a number of extraordinarily beautiful locations with passionate and enthusiastic people committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience every time. In this role you'll be on the road a lot, building networks and working alongside our people to understand what's important and how we can continue to deliver an amazing employment experience.

This is a fixed term role based in either Te Anau or Queenstown. 

To succeed in this role you'll need a broad set of skills and experience. We're looking for someone who has significant experience as a strategic business partner in an HR environment. You'll come with proven knowledge and expertise in HR practice and process, be a seasoned coach with facilitation skills and knowledge in developing and leading L&D initiatives. You will also have a deep level of understanding of employee relations matters and experience in change management processes essential. It's essential that you hold a tertiary/degree qualification in an HR related discipline or equivalent experience.
