MASH Trust is a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, youth respite care and alcohol and addiction struggles. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.
MASH Operates throughout the lower North Island in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, and Hawkes Bay with over 550 staff and volunteers.

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for partnering with all managers and functional areas across MASH to ensure that strategic and operational end to end recruitment guidance, advice, support, and service to people leaders is provided. You will have your team of a Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator, as well as other People and Culture team members to help, so you will not have to do this all yourself.

The hours:
This position is an 80 hour per fortnight position with some flexibility in the hours as regional day travel may be required.
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager we are looking for an agile, energetic, and experienced recruitment operator to lead our recruitment function so that we can continue to attract and encourage great candidates to apply to join our organisation.
Based in Palmerston North, the Recruitment Lead is a senior role and is part of the People and Culture leadership team. The successful candidate will lead and drive our recruitment function, have innovative and creative thinking and, the ability to transfer best practice into action across our organisation.
