You will be involved in coaching and guiding managers, lifting capability development, remuneration + performance, managing performance improvement, continuous improvement, projects, and supporting the overall people and capability service delivery. The role covers two portfolios: providing P+C services to internal stakeholders and working within a specialist area (this is driven by your previous experience and/or interest) where you become the go to person for stakeholders in the P+C team and the wider business.

The role is part of the People + Capability team, and you will be joining a team of experienced HR professionals who have a strong focus on excellence, collaboration, and development.
