Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to add real value to our HR team while we transition our manual HR talent acquisition processes to a new HRIS. You will ensure thatour recruitment efforts continue seamlessly over this period.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible to identify, attract and recruit fit for future talent and provide professional and high quality advice on all aspects of talent acquisition activities to our people leaders, to enable them to achieve their needs within the different business areas.

You will be comfortable embracing existing processes and the sometimes paper-based ways we do things now, while feeding in suggestions for the future. Day to day you will be providing end to end recruitment support, working closely with HR Advisors. You will be given autonomy in your role and we will welcome your input to improve our talent and recruitment journey.
The successful person for this role should tick these boxes:
- have a tertiary qualification in HR management, Organisational Psychology or a discipline fostering communication and/or analytical skills
- thrive in a busy environment, enjoy collaborative and valuable teamwork, believe in continuous improvement and have the ability to offer innovative solutions for our people managers
- at least five years' of successful current talent acquisition experience or as an HR generalist, ideally in a medium to large complex organisation
- have in depth knowledge and experience of talent acquisition practices and policies
- have acute business acumen and understanding of labour market issues
- be a confident and clear communicator
