Workplace Services Business Development Manager - Fair Way


Our Workplace service line is growing, and we need someone who is energetic and passionate about helping people move through conflict to work alongside our GM Business Development and Practitioners. Yes, this is a sales role, but what we really want is someone who can build relationships and work with organisations to help address conflict in their workplaces.

You could be currently working in an HR or P&C role and are looking for your next challenge! We think our workplace services are an amazing tool to get into organisations across New Zealand and your background and people skills will help us to do this!

Fair Way is New Zealand’s leading dispute resolution and conflict management organisation. We specialise in solving problems, making impossible conversations possible, and helping people in conflict to move forward. The world is going through a shift in the way it resolves conflict, and we are privileged to be at the forefront of that. This role is pivotal in delivering this message and making the change.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have exceptional communication and relationship building skills and have sales acumen to drive the execution of business and marketing initiatives.
