Trustees wanted - Volunteer Wellington

Are you keen to be part of an organisation that plays a pivotal role in connecting and strengthening the community and voluntary sector?  Volunteer Wellington is seeking trustees with the skills and capacity to contribute to the development of the organisation and guide their future direction.  Specific skillsets sought are Financial, HR and IT. 

As a board member you will work within a team that meets monthly on the 4th Friday of each month at 8am to 9.30am.  You will be expected to represent the organisation at events and contribute to projects as they arise.   An understanding of the community and voluntary sector is desirable.  A commitment to good governance with any of the following skill sets : strategic planning : HR experience, IT expertise : financial expertise.   Connections and networks within the business, community and public sectors.
