What does your standard product cost?
We have two plans, Startup and Standard which vary in cost based on your number of employees and custom add-ons that suit your business. More info here: www.hrtoday.co.nz
Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?
All HR Today plans are billed on an annual basis.
Additional services we offer recruitment, culture surveys, leadership coaching, organisational reviews, restructures + more are project-based and therefore billed as a one-off cost based on the scope of the project.
HR Today members receive a 15% discount on all additional services.
Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?
HR Today is primarily used off the shelf but our customers like to customise with add-ons that suit their specific business needs.
How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?
Once you sign up for HR Today it usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to complete training and onboarding.
What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?
After the onboarding training, any individual additional support with the platform is included as part of your HR Today plan.
Group support/training is not included and would come as an additional cost.
