Founded in late 2020, we are a small team of skilled and dedicated professionals who bring our love for HR and people together to support organisations across Aotearoa.

·         Transformative HR - We help organisations become fit-for-future from a people perspective. We look at structure, operating models, values, culture, performance, purpose, engagement and people's experience, ensuring our clients are well positioned to deliver on their purpose. This service would suit businesses that are looking to scale and / or are looking to improve productivity and engagement in the workplace.

·         Everyday HR - We take care of our clients' everyday HR needs. We can immerse ourselves in the organisation as an outsourced people partner, or clients can call on us for extra HR support when needed. This service would suit businesses that don't have the time or resources to manage scaling their HR function or to manage the day-to-day HR tasks.

·         Regenerative HR - We work with organisations from the inside out to restore and rebuild towards a more inclusive, just and sustainable way of doing things, using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework. This service would suit organisations who want to take action towards aligning sustainability to their people practices.

In 2022 we launched our sustainability strategy, incorporating our Regenerative HR client service and our Logical, Achievable, Sustainable and Targeted (LAST) internal strategy. We put the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the core of our strategy, using the framework to guide our actions and intentions.
