The Workplace Inclusion Professional Accreditation programme is a formal recognition of the knowledge, skills, and experience required to build cultures of inclusion and cohesion within workplaces in Aotearoa.

It will give your current and future employers the security of knowing that you are a recognised professional in this field who has access to best practice and a community of peer support.

You will demonstrate and be acknowledged for your competencies in designing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies and programmes.

There are two credentials available – one for DEI professionals who have strategic experience in this work and one for DEI practitioners who support and implement initiatives.

It will be valuable for anyone working in this field, which may include:
