HRNZ’s chartered members are recognisable as champions of the human resources profession. As experienced professionals, it is important they acknowledge that there is always room to learn and grow. That is why the commitment to continued professional development is an essential role of the Chartered Member.
The CPD (continued professional development) point system helps members to keep track of their development, by awarding points for participation in certain activities outlined by HRNZ as useful for continued growth in the HR profession.
In order to maintain a chartered status, you must demonstrate consistent engagement with development opportunities by meeting CPD point requirements.
