I work with senior leaders to select, develop and retain talent, facilitate change and shape organisational design. I am a Registered Psychologist, a Fellow of the New Zealand Psychological Society, and a Distinguished Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRNZ).
I have expertise in developing talent management and assessment processes I have worked with scaled delivery of staffing and talent solutions associated with integration. I work closely with leaders developing good practice in human capital and have worked effectively as a change agent for organisations optimising their human resources practices.
