Due to a few movements in the team including a secondment, we have two opportunities to join an energetic, high performing agile team who know how to balance the busyness of work while still having fun!

We're seeking a learning and development professionals to lead, design, monitor and review whole-of-organisation learning products that support ACC's strategy and enhance the capability of our organisation. As one of our Learning Curriculum Specialists, you'll work collaboratively to ensure an aligned and coordinated approach.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role will include the following:

  • Significant experience in adult learning and providing learning advice within a complex organisation
  • Proven experience in learning needs analysis, project management and learning design to successfully lead the development of learning and development products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills
  • A flexible, proactive mind-set with outstanding problem solving skills
  • Strong customer focus with an ability to relate to a wide range of people
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
