Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for your next challenge? New Zealand Rugby is looking for a People & Capability Manager to manage and lead our small P&C team starting in January 2022.
Reporting to the General Manager People, Safety & Wellbeing, with a focus on our corporate employees, you will lead a wide range of people programmes and cyclical activities. From employee engagement, performance and remuneration, overseeing payroll to developing and delivering practical people initiatives, this role is hugely varied and offers a mix of operational and strategic work.
NZR is a team-based environment. To be successful you will be confident, engaging and enjoy working closely with business stakeholders daily, you will bring a sense of energy and have experience offering practical HR solutions and advice.
To ensure you are set up for success you’ll need to have experience in a senior/generalist HR role and have experience delivering and leading P&C programmes, leading and contributing to projects to deliver strategic people solutions and have up to date knowledge of NZ legislation.
