Ngā mōhiohio e pā hānga ki tēnei mahi (About this position)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor with some ER experience to step in and manage end-to-end lower level processes. This will include performance management, disciplinary and employment investigations and change processes supporting a range of managers across our organisation.

This is a newly created role, working 48 hours a fortnight (0.6FTE), supporting our HR Business Partners.

You will be an enthusiastic and experienced HR practitioner ready to jump into a stimulating role and support our managers to deliver exceptional health care. We operate in a challenging and ever changing environment so we are looking for a positive person with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour.
