HR Advisor - Madison Recruitment

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HR Advisor with both recruitment and employment relations experience to work for a fantastic company, who are experiencing significant growth, who are tailoring the way they do things as they know that one size doesnt fit all, as the most important thing to them is their people!

 

The role:

  • You will partner with the construction teams and report to the Human Resources Manager - Construction
  • You will be focussed on providing Recruitment and HR support to hiring managers
  • Provide employment relations advice and guidance
  • Coaching leaders in people policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of new policies or procedures where required
  • Be involved in a variety of generalist tasks and HR related projects

 

To succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in both recruitment and employment relations
  • You are experienced working within a business partnering model developing effective relationships with leaders - a background in the construction industry is a bonus
  • You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with people across the organisation
  • You have a pragmatic, problem solving approach to issues
  • You thrive when working on multiple projects and processes at the same time
  • You are available to travel when required
