Te tūranga – The role
Working with key stakeholders across a diverse portfolio, you will provide HR support and advice on all aspects of people management. As the first point of contact for operational HR matters, you’ll be responsible for supporting and influencing our Leaders in improving the management, development and retention of our people.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive HR team, with plenty of opportunities to mentor and grow the depth of your HR expertise.
Ō pūkenga – About you
As a human resources generalist, you will ideally have experience with the following:
- Working knowledge across multiple HR disciplines
- Coaching Managers to facilitate outcomes
- Experience with change management practices
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Employment relations and performance management
With a sound understanding of HR best practice, you’ll bring ideas and a fresh perspective on different ways of operating. In addition, you’ll be proactive, agile and inquisitive by nature and have a genuine interest in wanting to assist and understand your business portfolios. You’ll need to be resilient, adaptable and a quick learner.
