This includes assisting the SMO through the NZ Medical Council and immigration processes. You will be the go to person for both the hiring manager and the candidates.
It will be essential that you develop strong networks within NMH and also externally with a pool of senior medical officers, so that when an opportunity arises you will know who to talk to.
The role will be looking after positions in both Marlborough and Nelson and regular travel between the two sites will be expected.

Your day to day will include a high level of interaction with HR colleagues, service managers, senior leaders, candidates from a range of disciplines and background, as well as external stakeholders.
