This generalist role will help support our team with both operational and strategic HR activities to provide quality people and capability advice and support. Ultimately we are focussed on delivering on our vision of Piritahi Tairāwhiti – making our people proud.
In collaboration with the wider People & Capability team, this role will assist with:
- Employment Relations
- Resourcing and Talent Planning
- Change Management initiatives
- Performance Management and remuneration
- Organisational Culture activities
- Learning and Development programmes
- Onboarding and Induction processes
