Business Partner - Learning Experience

The Business Partner – Learning Experience is a new role within Hamilton City Council’s People, Safety and Wellness team. This role will play a key part in the design, development and implementation of a blended learning strategies for council. A large part of this role will be evolving and embedding Cornerstone as our new Learning Experience platform across Council.
You’ll work in partnership with subject matter experts to design, develop, source and deliver fit-for-purpose blended learning solutions to build capability. We need a technically savvy operator, with proven instructional design skills, who can research the best way to leverage learning technologies, and then implement them in the most effective way.
The learning experience will be at the heart of everything you do. You will do this through identification, development and implementation of fit for purpose learning solutions that deliver a return on investment.
We need a proactive, responsive and forward thinking people-person who will take pride in helping us be the best we can be. A strong facilitator, you will have excellent influencing and relationship management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing large organisational projects.
