You will work across a portfolio of 20 small businesses, providing our clients with a full suite of HR Consultancy services.  To be successful, you will have proven experience in the following:

  • Employment relations
  • Organisational development
  • Performance management
  • HR policies
  • Remuneration
  • Performance reviews
  • Onboarding
  • Recruitment


You will need a sound working knowledge of current employment legislation and be skilled in change management. Your ability to build credible ongoing relationships with leaders and business owners is vital, as is the delivery of pragmatic business outcomes.   You will have proven experience managing successful HR projects from inception to completion.
