Louise Arnold

Louise was born and raised in Yorkshire, UK. She is a bit of a well-travelled (and well-heeled) HR professional who has also lived in Colorado, London, Brisbane and Sydney before finally making it to New Zealand’s shores in 2015. Luckily for us she has happily settled here with her partner and dog (please see Dogs of TP for Bowie’s bio).

The majority of Louise’s career has been in HR in the Hotel industry where she has worked in Senior HR roles. Her work brought her into contact with the HR technology industry and then Tomorrow’s People, both of which became her focus.

Fast forward a few years, moving jobs to gain experience in HR tech software and working in an agile Telco organisation, Louise was ready to make her move. Her role is that of Project Manager where she oversees various projects and works with our clients to ensure the best outcomes.

Louise’s interests range from DIY gardening, doggie walks, paddle boarding the Eastern beaches, bingeing on great TV series and shoes.
