The process shines a spotlight on the significant contribution HR makes to organisational success nationwide.

- Tuesday 28th October 2025 - Submissions close
- Friday 28th November 2025 - Finalists Announced
- Thursday 26 March 2026 - Winners announced at the NZ HR Awards Ceremony at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) - Auckland
