NZ HR Awards

Every year, the HR profession in Aotearoa does work that changes how people experience their working lives — the strategy that shifted a culture, the leader who grew a team, the idea nobody had tried before. The NZ HR Awards exist to put that work in front of the profession and say: this is what good looks like.

For 2027, we've refreshed our categories. They've been rebuilt around the issues HR professionals are actually grappling with right now, shaped by our Special Interest Networks and the conversations happening across the profession — so there's a place for the work you're most proud of.

Submissions are open now and close on 27 October. Winners will be announced in March 2027 at a black-tie celebration — a night to dress up, raise a glass, and recognise the very best of New Zealand HR.
