About this Journal
The New Zealand Journal of Human Resources Management (NZJHRM) is a peer-reviewed electronic journal dedicated to sharing research about best practice human resource management in New Zealand and the South Pacific region.
NZJHRM is produced by the Editorial Review Board for Human Resources New Zealand (HRNZ) who fund the production and host the journal.
HRNZ is the professional body for Human Resources (HR) professionals - New Zealand's hub for People Powered Success. Sharing best practice is a key part of what HRNZ does, and through NZJHRM we seek to connect Acadmeic researchers and HR professionals.
