8 Thought provoking speakers, 1 inspiring day
A Practical Vision for HR - 24 October 2019
The HRNZ Summit is a day of short, sharp presentations from a great line-up of speakers who will challenge, educate, inspire and get you thinking in new, creative ways.
“Be stubborn on vision, and flexible on journey” – Noramay Cadena
The one constant in our lives is change. In our personal life, in the organisations we work in, in the people we work with and manage and with how we will work in the future. The need for a vision that is robust and right is a certainty. But we must be agile in how we obtain it. The HRNZ Summit is a one day workshop aimed at starting the conversation and providing a roadmap on how to build a practical vision for HR.
Facilitated by Dr David Keane this summit will provide a mix of inspiring speakers, practical case studies and interactive sessions. Keeping them local and relevant, our Summit will aim to clear all the noise about what’s in store for the Future of HR, demystify some ‘truths’ and start your road map to prepare for the future. What will the future of work look like, and what challenges does this place on HR?
HRNZ will only hold the one summit this year, in Queenstown. Don't miss this exciting professional development opportunity.
The HRNZ Summit is brought to you by Human Resources New Zealand (HRNZ), the industry body for human resources professionals with support from Lane Neave and the Open Polytechnic.
Who should attend?
HRNZ Summits are ideal for HR practitioners, people managers and business owners alike, thinking about their people. If you want to be part of a practical vision for the future of HR then you need to be at the HRNZ Summit in Queenstown on 24 October.
“It was well put together, informative, great mix of participation and opportunities to network. Really good to get so much packed into 1 day - makes the time investment worthwhile”
