Q: Why haven't I received my activation email?
Q: I’m having trouble signing in.
If you’re having problems signing into your account, there are a few things you can do to try to identify and fix the problem. Firstly, make sure that caps lock is turned off, since all passwords are case-sensitive. If you’re sure you’re using the right password, but you still can’t sign in, please reset your password. If you still can’t sign up, contact us here. Please be aware that your username and password might differ from your HRNZ website login details.
Q: How can I change the name, password or email address on my account?
You can update your password by clicking your avatar in the menu on the left side of the platform when you're signed in. However, it is not possible to change your username at this stage. If you would like to change your name or your email address, please contact us at [email protected].
Q: How do I delete my profile?
If you would like to delete your profile, please send us an email.
Q: Can more than one person share an account?
No. As our Terms and Conditions state, you should not let anyone else use your account.
Q: How much does it cost to access the platform?
The platform was developed to complement our professional development program. Members have free access to our e-learning platform.
Q: I can’t access a course I’m signed up to.
If you’ve visited the platform and clicked on the course, but still can’t access it, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Q: How can I earn CPD points?
Members can earn one CPD point for every hour spent on the platform and two CPD points for completing the Code of Practice module, an essential criterion for achieving Emerging Professional Membership status.
Q: How do I get a certificate after completing a course?
In order to receive your digital certificate, you will need to complete a course. After completion of the course, you can download the certificate directly from the platform.
Q: I am interested in resources and courses on other subjects. Will more content be available?
HRNZ is working on several modules that have not yet been announced. Where possible we take our members’ suggestions into account when deciding what content to create next. Please send us your suggestions here.
Q: Will you have an iOS (iPad/iPhone) or Android app?
That’s something we are considering further down the line.
