Currently working as Deputy Head of People Management for the Martin Braun-Gruppe (member of the Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG) in Germany, Annica plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational success and fostering a positive work environment. She also serves as a part-time lecturer for business administration, HRM and research methodologies. Annica is an active researcher and has been appointed Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Worcester Business School (UK), combining her academic pursuits with practical experience to bridge the gap between research and practice.
