David Jia

David is an experienced HR generalist with more than eight years of experience. His journey has spanned both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs, both public and private sectors, and both in-house and agency contexts. He has a wide range of skills and capabilities dealing with diverse and unionised working environments including knowledge of IR/ER, OD, and HR work experience both in New Zealand and abroad. David is passionate about partnering with business to deliver solutions and enable them for future changes. 

Intelligent and articulate with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, flexible and adaptable to changing environments, David is dedicated to making a positive contribution to the HR profession of New Zealand. David joined the HRNZ team in February this year.
