The Role

  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, induction, performance management, and more.
  • Records Management: Maintain HR records in SAP/HRIS and collaborate with Payroll.
  • Policy and Reporting: Provide advice on HR policies, support policy reviews, and assist with HR metrics reporting.
  • Projects: Contribute to special projects and the People and Strategy Plan
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies


About You

  • Qualifications: HR diploma or degree (completed or in progress), drivers licence
  • Skills: Strong communication, excellent administration skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attributes: Team player, detail-orientated, and able to maintain confidentiality
