We are excited to have Cat Valentine as a guest speaker at this month’s Café Connect.

From dealing with a complaint, to conflict de-escalation or assistance in having difficult conversations with compassion; Cat has supported businesses to do it all.

She will kick off a kōrero around some of the work she is involved in to support workplace culture.  We’ll discuss how to go about doing simple behaviour check in’s and how you’re currently managing them.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with your HR colleagues and ask questions with the ever engaging and passionate Cat.
