With the juggle of careers, family, relationships and life demands, taking care of your own well-being often takes a backseat. This talk will shed light on a fundamental truth that prioritising yourself is the ultimate key to nurturing healthy mental well-being and that when we fill our own cup first we have the ability to give from our overflow.
As part of Mental Health Week, this discussion delves into the profound impact self-care has on mental well-being and offers actionable insights and stories to empower you to make yourself a top priority.
Proceeds from your attendance go straight to GMM, to continue doing the good mahi in our community.
This event aligns with HRNZ being committed to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As highlighted by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, there are six transformations required for the SDGs to be achieved by the 2030 deadline and HRNZ recognises it can make the most impact towards two of them: transformation 1: Education, Gender, and Inequality; and transformation 2: Health, Wellbeing and Demography.
Come along for a drink and nibbles, for another great Human Resources NZ (HRNZ) event.
We welcome both members and non-members to join us for this session. It's even available for anyone who wants to learn more about this topic, so come along with a friend.
